Staying Healthy (Glogster)
I used glogster to create a poster for my 3rd grade class. I used a lesson plan off of uen.org titled Health-3rd grade, Standard 6: The students will understand how a healthy diet and exercise can increase the likelihood of physical and mental wellness. I used all four objectives.

Similar but Different (Storybird)
I created a story by using storybird. This book will help students' understand that they are similar but different from their parents. Students' will be able to use the book as a reference. Parents may use this book to let their child know how they are different and similar to them. This book also explains animal and plant offspring and how they are similar and different from their parents.
I used a lesson plan from uen.org, titled Science -1st Grade, Standard 4: Students will gain an understanding of Life Science through the study of changes in organisms over time and the nature of living things. I used both objectives for a guide.

Progressing in Language Arts (Newsletter)
I made a Newsletter for my students' parents. When parents read this newsletter they will understand what I expect from their children. They will know what strategy I'm using to teach their children. Parents will be able to click on the link and know what is going on in class for language arts. Students and parents will be able to use this newsletter for a reference if they have any questions about my teaching.

Weather effects (google presentation)
I made a google presentation for my kindergarten students'. This presentation talks about rocks, wind, and weather. I used science - kindergarten, second standard: Earth and Space Science. Students will gain an understanding of Earth and Space Science through the study of earth materials, celestial movement, and weather. from uen.org for a guide.

Similar and Different (Brochure)
I created a Brochure for my students', so they can use the brochure for studying. This brochure will help them know how they are different but similar to those around them. I created a Flyer for my students' to take home and invite their parents to our Science Activity. I encourage all parents to come (if they can). The children have worked hard on their assignments and would love to present it to every one.
